Yes. Accessible courseware can include graphics, audio, video, captions, transcripts, questions, learner-directed navigation, and structured interactions. The goal is equivalent access and operability — not removing useful learning methods.
Does an accessibility setting make a course compliant?
Not by itself. Accessibility depends on the full learner experience: navigation, reading order, keyboard operation, labels, media alternatives, assessments, contrast, focus behavior, and compatibility with assistive technology.
